2. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
Appointments may be booked in person, by telephone, online, through social media or through any third-party booking system we use.
When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details and any information reasonably required in relation to your treatment.

We accept the following payment methods:
Deposits are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights and any circumstances where the law requires a refund.
Where a treatment is cancelled by the Salon, any deposit paid for that appointment will normally be transferred to a new appointment or refunded, as appropriate.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 HOURS notice.
Cancellation with sufficient notice
Where the required notice is provided, your appointment may be rearranged and your deposit transferred in accordance with our booking policy.

We reserve the right to retain your deposit and/or charge the applicable cancellation fee.
Future appointments may require payment in full in advance.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid delaying other clients.
Where there is insufficient time to safely perform the treatment, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

8. AESTHETIC TREATMENT REVIEW & TOP-UP POLICY
Where a review appointment is recommended, you should attend within the timeframe advised by your practitioner.

We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow reasonable aftercare instructions.
If you are concerned about a reaction or complication, please contact the Salon as soon as possible.
